My love for storytelling and the creative world began after hearing about the wonderful young lady my parents named me after. She was a woman of strength with a tremendous story, who wrote books any Black girl would be elated to see themselves in.
As her namesake, I’ve carried her love for storytelling with me throughout my career. From penning editorial pieces for some of my favorite publications to developing supportive strategies for brands, influencers and the like — I think I’ve mastered that part of my mind fairly well.
I constantly seek to develop and build new and current strengths in collaborative environments.
